Delete your Ocho data

Planning data on your device

Ocho keeps a local copy of your planning state in the browser or app. Use Ocho's reset control to remove that copy, clear ocho.day site data in your browser, or delete the app from the device.

Website planner data

The web planner requires Sign in with Apple before it requests an AI-generated plan. Ocho stores the accepted planning state tied to that account so you can recover and continue it. Planning text is excluded from product analytics. When you request AI planning, the text you enter is sent through Ocho to Anthropic. Anthropic says standard commercial API inputs and outputs are ordinarily deleted from its backend within 30 days, subject to its stated safety, legal, and separately agreed exceptions.

Uploads and stored files

Ocho does not currently offer user file or photo uploads and does not store user content in a public storage bucket.

Request deletion from Ocho

Use Delete Account in Ocho settings to delete the verified account and its server-side planning data. You can also email [email protected] with the subject “Ocho data deletion request.” Include only the account or purchase context needed to locate your information. We may ask for limited verification before deletion.

Deleting Ocho data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions are managed separately in Apple Account settings.
